Welcome to AJ Collectables. To ensure the best experience for our community of collectors, please keep this quick reference guide in mind when shopping with us.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
- Dispatch: Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Tracking: You will be able to track your orders in our dashboard once your order ships.
- Non-Reachability: Please ensure you are available for delivery. If an order returns to us (RTO) because you were unreachable, you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent.
📹 The Unboxing Rule (Crucial!)
To protect your purchase, always record a 360-degree unboxing video.
- Requirement: The video must be one continuous, unedited shot.
- Coverage: It must show the shipping label and all sides of the box before opening.
- Why? This is the only way we can process a claim if you receive an incorrect item.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
- Final Sale: We do not offer returns for “change of mind” or accidental orders.
- Incorrect Items: If we send the wrong item, we will fix it immediately, provided you have the unboxing video proof.
- Packaging: Minor corner dings or shelf wear on the manufacturer’s box are common in the collectibles industry and are not considered “damage.”
