3. Products and Collectibles

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and condition of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Condition of Collectibles: Due to the nature of collectibles, packaging condition may vary. While we strive to ship items in “mint” or “near-mint” condition unless otherwise stated, minor shelf wear, creases, or blemishes on the packaging do not constitute a “damaged” product unless the item inside is physically broken.
• Pre-Orders: Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items are subject to change based on manufacturer delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers.
• Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, particularly for rare or highly sought-after collectible items, to ensure fair distribution among our customers.

4. Pricing and Availability

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Collectibles markets fluctuate, and prices may be adjusted accordingly.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated.
• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
• In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

5. Billing and Account Information

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from AJ Collectables pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Our return and refund policies are outlined in our separate Return & Refund Policy.
• Please note that for many collectible items, opening the original manufacturer packaging significantly degrades the value of the item. Returns on opened items may be rejected or subject to a substantial restocking fee.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
